Está muy Serca del centro y tiene su alberca hasta arriba con gran vista y muy padre

Habitaciones muy bonitas , con una vista al mar, cuenta con todos los servicios, internet wifi , aire acondicionado, cocineta, refrigerador, una mesita para desayunar, armario, solo el último día que estuvimos ahí el wifi no funcionaba, no sé si por qué estuvo lloviendo.

El hotel básico, pero bonito. La alberca verdaderamente vale la pena es una vista increíble y que haga el efecto de que es de borde infinito me encantó. El trato en realidad se me hizo un tanto parco por parte del personal, no grosero pero sí totalmente básico, no eran atentos que es lo que espero en un hotel.

El servicio del personal de recepción y del dueño deberían de se mas tolerantes ya que que tube un incidente por una simple confusión o malentendido!!!

Un muy buen hotel, muy cómodo y agradable, pues está cerca de la playa puedes salir a caminar hay tiendas de autoservicio cercas y está muy bien el hotel lo recomiendo ampliamente pues vale la pena visitar Acapulco y hospedarse aquí.

Pros. -ubicacion, excelente, excelente vista al mar desde la alberca de la azotea, muy buena atención del sr. Luis contras. - internet terrible, el acceso al estacionamiento esta muy empinado y siempre raspa el auto, falta personal de limpieza de cuartos , los colchones demasiado suaves se sumian demasiado Lo utilicé desde el 29 de dic 2025 al 2 de enero 2026 por $3500 la noche, es algo caro, para el tipo de cuarto, pero entiendo que es temporada alta si regresaria nuevamente, pero antes cotizaria
